Within a mess of wires and copper, the energy amassed to fire this experimental weapon. It shot into the sky, tearing apart the sky itself, brightening it to a daylight blue, even as the moon shone behind the cannon itself. The flickers and cuts in the sky seemed bright, rather than empty, a void that was harsh, rather than calm. With the exception of one fragment, which leaned towards chaos, sputtering in many colors, changing faster than the eyes could perceive.
