In truth, I probably should have done this starter first when I still had the chance to tweak the palette without anyone knowing. I did not do that, though, and now it is everbody's problem~ <3

Only colors from the Hasty Rainbow 4bit (created by glacier) palette are allowed. The server will clamp any offending colors to the nearest color from this palette!
