- A pixel depiction of a nightmare I had when I was about 8. I went to a The Scream (painting) exhibit with my mom when I was a kid. Exhibit was about Munch's work and covered the topic of fears. This didn't bother me at least consciously. Subconsciously, along with a Simpsons episode featuring the same painting, I dreamed about the figure in The Scream chasing after me. Unlike most dreams where if the monster catches you, you wake up, I didn't. So it ripped me apart and the next part was I was in the hospital after the attack. Getting up from the bed, I had this sinking feeling if I looked out the window, it would be there. It was, climbing up the side of the building.
